Cancellation Policy + Session Details

Once you book, your time slot is your own. You can transfer it to someone else or use the time to meditate, but due to limited availability and openings we cannot offer cancellations. Promptly after booking you will receive a confirmation email with full address details, a booking agreement/liability waiver to sign, and payment information. Please be sure to fill these in as soon as possible to retain your spot. If there are still available time slots in the session you have booked into, you may reschedule by logging in and going to the client section. This unique photo site does require a beautiful 5 minute or less walk with steps and uneven terrain. If anyone in your party requires a more accessible location, please contact us to make arrangements for our 'easy access' location after you book so that we can move your time to the beginning or end of the session to accommodate. The exact address of the photo shoot will be included in your confirmation email. Make up dates due to rain or blizzard are scheduled for the following weekend, please ensure availability if there is the rare need to reschedule. Living in Truckee we are used to mountain weather that tends to move through quickly, so light or intermittent rain or snowfall will not interrupt shoot dates. Pricing includes 15 edited (not retouched or photoshopped) digital photos. You can purchase the remainder of the gallery (15 minimum additional edited photos) for $100 add on). Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of the photo session. Due to the short time frame, pricing includes 6 family members maximum of your immediate family. If would to include more or extended family please book an additional time slot or enquire about a private session.
